Q: Do you have a price list?

A:  Each of our rental pieces are priced individually.  We will provide you with a custom quote based upon your selected items.  Drop us a line and let us know what pieces strike your fancy!

Q: What if I don’t find the item I am looking for on your web site?

A: Please get in touch with us.  It is impossible to have a photo of all of the inventory we have on our web site we encourage you to contact us to make an appointment to visit our showroom to view all of our inventory.     We may also be able to source items for you.

Q: Where are you located?

A: Our warehouse showroom is conveniently located west of the Haysville, KS toll exit.   Please contact us if you would like to see our inventory in person and discuss how it matches the vision for your upcoming event.  We are available to meet by appointment only.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver to a lot of places, just ask.  We enjoy a good road trip!

Q: What do you charge for delivery?

A: We will provide a custom delivery quote based upon the size of the order, complexity, and distance from our location in Haysville, KS.  The Fee includes hand delivery, set-up in the location of your choice (any large items or items that need assembled), and return pick-up when your event has wrapped up.  Our normal delivery/pick-up times are after 5:30pm to 11:00pm during the week and we start delivery at 8:00am Saturday & Sunday and pick up up until 1:00am,   Arrangements outside of these times can be provided if needed, for an additional charge.

Q: Do you have a minimum rental amount?

A:  We do not have a minimum rental for you to pick up and return the items yourself.  Not all rental items (like arbors and larger upholstered pieces) are available for pick-up.

Q: Okay, I’m ready to book you! What next?  How does this work?

A: In order to secure our rental pieces and delivery services, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer payment of 50% of your grand total.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after I’ve paid my retainer?

A: Yes, you can add items to your order up to the time your final payment is due (30 days prior to your event date.)  However, there may be an addition security deposit required.  Once the retainer has been paid if you need to delete items from your order you will not be refunded for those items due to the likelihood that we could have rented those items and will not be able to.

Q: Can I add to my Rental List prior to my event date?

A: Absolutely! If you see that we’ve acquired a new piece that you just have to have for your special day, please just let us know!  We will require the 50% payment for any add-ons at the time of the request, with the remaining balance added to your final payment.  Additional security deposit may be required.

Q: Do you require a security deposit?

A: Yes, we require a security deposit due 30 days prior to your event (at the same time as your final payment.)  The security deposit is required in the form of a credit card to Endless Treasures LLC, for 20% of the replacement cost, the card will be placed in an Authorization-Only status for 14 days 1 day prior to the event.  Following day 14 if there is no loss, damage, or stolen items the charges will automatically fall off of the card you provided.

A: We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.

EVENT RENTALS & PROP RENTALS

Endless Treasures specializes in renting vintage and one-of-a-kind furniture, decor, and props for use in photo shoots, weddings, large-scale and smaller events, theatrical productions, staging and everything in between. There is no minimum order required, so feel free to rent a collection of furniture and props for a photo shoot, a one-of-a-kind dessert plate for a special dinner party, or enough furniture and décor to fill your reception site. Have something specific in mind but don’t see it in our inventory? We have quite a few items not pictured on the website and can also provide a Custom Search. Due to limited availability of our one-of-a-kind inventory, rentals are not guaranteed until we receive a signed rental agreement and 50% retainer. Please contact us early to reserve your favorite items to add your unique touch to your event.


CONSULTATIONS, STYLING SERVICES, & PRODUCT SELECTION 

Endless Treasures is a rental company first and foremost. Our mission is to provide an extensive inventory of vintage furniture, props and décor and to make these treasures available for short-term use at an affordable price. Wherever you choose to host your event or stage your photo shoot, the endless combinations of our furniture and props can create the perfect touch of vintage style. Of course we realize it can sometimes be difficult to visualize how different pieces work together to create the look you’re trying to achieve. We are happy to meet for a complimentary consultation to assist you with selecting the right pieces from our collection to achieve your desired look and we’ll gladly share some of the creative ideas we’ve seen along the way. We also offer full day-of photo styling which includes your prop rentals, delivery and set-up on-site.  For full wedding planning and day-of coordination services, we will gladly refer you to one of our favorite event design industry partners to best meet your needs.


DELIVERY & SET-UP

Now that you have selected some amazing vintage/rustic treasures to personalize your big day or a special photo shoot, we need to get them to you! We’re happy to have them packaged and ready to go if you prefer to pick them up, we do have a few items that require delivery only, or spare yourself the headache by taking advantage of our delivery and set-up services. Delivery estimates are based on mileage, size of the pieces you’ve selected and accessibility at delivery location. While we primarily service Wichita and the surrounding areas, we can also accommodate rentals across the state of KS for a minimum order amount and additional delivery charge.
